RV and PRIMITIVE CAMPING POLICIES

Rental Season: 

  1. The camping season starts April 1st and ends November 1st.
  2. Camping peak season rates apply May 11th through September 15th.
  3. There is a 2 day minimum requirement that applies to all campsite rentals. 
  4. There is also a 3 day minimum requirement during all Holiday weekends, 

Occupancy:

  1. Campsite pricing is for 4 people per site (16 years and over), and 2 vehicles.
    • Children 15 and under stay free and do not count toward total number of occupants on a campsite.
  2. If additional people or cars are added there is an additional charge of $2.00 each.
  3. There is a MAXIMUM of 6 people per campsite and or 4 vehicles. 
    • More than 6 people and or 4 vehicles on a site requires rental of additional campsite(s).
  4. There will be no more than ONE RV / Camper allowed per campsite.
  5. If renting an RV site for tent camping the tent is required to be on the camping pad not the grass.

Check-in and Check-out:

  1. When arriving check-in time is after 2 PM and check-out time is any time before 2PM.

Payment, Prepaid Deposit and Refund Policy:

  1. For campsite reservations less than two weeks in length there is a $25.00 minimum deposit required on each and every site reserved with the remaining balance due upon arrival for check-in time.
  2. For campsite reservations more than two weeks in length there is a $50.00 minimum deposit required on each and every site reserved with the remaining balance due upon arrival for check-in time.
  3. ONLINE Reservations on campsites must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival.  
  4. For campers that don't have a campsite reservation prior to arrival, camping sites will be issued / assigned by park office.
    • Campers are not permitted to self-appoint themselves a site.
  5. To obtain any refund for reserved campsites the cancellation must be made 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
  6. If cancellation is less than 72 hours in before the arrival time then there will be no refund issued.
  7. Reservation dates may be altered/changed to different date if completed at least 72 hours before arrival time of original scheduled reservation. 
  8. ALL REFUNDS will require the refund form to be filled out and then after approval and processing a refund check will be issued from the courthouse.

Returned Check Fee: 

Returned check fee of $50.00 will apply to any and all returned or NSF checks.

CABIN RENTAL POLICIES

NO SMOKING and NO PETS in cabins

Rental Season: 

  1. Cabin Rental season starts April 1st and ends November 1st.
  2. Cabin peak season rates apply from May 11th through September 15th.
  3. During the Peak Season there is a 2 night minimum requirement on all weekend rentals.

 Minimum Age Requirement:

  1. The minimum age of 21 years is required to reserve/rent a cabin
  2. The person who books the cabin must stay for the entire rental period.
    Sub-letting or parents renting on the behalf of their underage children is NOT Permitted.

 Occupancy:

  1. The number of persons occupying the rental cabin shall not exceed the number stated on your reservation application.
  2. If additional persons are added after your reservation is secured you must inform the office upon arrival and charges will be added as necessary.
    1. One Bedroom Cabin pricing is for up to 4 people  , Up to 2 additional people can be added at $6.60 for each person.
    2. Two Bedroom Cabin pricing is for up to 6 people , Up to 4 additional people can be added at $6.60 for each person.

 Check-in and Check-out times: 

  1. Check-in is any time after 2 PM on the scheduled day of arrival and check-out is prior to 11 AM the day of your scheduled day of departure.
  2. LATE Check-outs may result in an additional rental day being charged to the account.

 Cancellation Policy:

  1. ALL cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled arrival time.

  1. Reservations require $50.00 deposit be made by credit card in order to guarantee your reservation.
  2. Reservation will not be documented until payment has been received.  
  3. Your deposit along with the signed rental agreement, must be received before the rental reservation will be confirmed/secured. 
  4. Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time
  5. Any cancellation made after the 72 hour deadline has passed will not receive a refund.
  6. Reservation dates may be altered/changed to different date if completed at least 72 hours before arrival time of original scheduled reservation. 
  7. ALL REFUNDS will require the refund form to be filled out and then after approval and processing a refund check will be issued from the courthouse.
  8. The Renter agrees that he/she will NOT claim any charge backs or credits from his/her credit company for any fees charged to his/her credit card, including but not limited to deposit, rental charges, damage charges or security deposit fees.

 Security Deposit:

  1. Prior to your arrival, a credit card must be given to keep on file for a security deposit to protect against damages to property.
  2. Renter is required to provide a rental agreement which will need to be reviewed and signed by lessee prior to receiving any cabin keys.
  3. Charges will only be applied to your credit card if necessary and you will be notified of any charges.
  4. Renters are financially responsible for all damages and any additional cleaning fees. Should the park staff, upon your departure, find the room in unacceptable condition, your credit card will be charged for extra cleaning, damage repairs, and replacement of missing contents or any other expenses resulting from agreement violations such as smoking in the cabin or bringing animals into the cabin.

 Returned Check Fee:   

  1. Returned check fee of $50.00 will apply to any and all returned or NSF checks.
